The machine is designed to provide desired tension to the conductor / earth-wire at the time of final sagging. The machine 2 speed mechanism and can be used for unidirectional rotation. 

The frame is fabricated from MS sections and is welded and stress relieved for better load bearing capacity. 

It has been provided with self locking mechanism with the help of oil immersed friction type clutch system. 

Helical gears are provided in the machine that helps smooth running of the machine and increases load bearing capacity.
